  • 1. Sufficiently flatten the substrate without undulations and clean thoroughly.
  • 2. Gradually add 3.5 parts of powder to 1 part of water (by volume) and mix it with a trowel until a lump free, workable paste is obtained. The total quality of water may be slightly adjusted to achieve the required consistency.
  • 3. After mixing allow the paste to stand for 2 minutes for it to mature.
  • 4. Apply the adhesive over the surface and comb with a notched side of the trowel to achieve a uniform thickness of 2 to 3mm.
  • 5. Place the tiles firmly on the adhesive bed with a twisting motion, ensuring good initial bonding and eliminating the possibility of any air voids.
  • 6. Joint grouting can commence after 24 hours with BESTBUILD JOINTFILL.
